Introduction
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our global Aftermarket – Value sales and marketing team, which supports our Consumables and Services business areas, focusing on wear and spare parts as well as service solutions for our customers in the mining and aggregates industries. We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual who, in this role, will be a strategic marketing business partner and will have a great chance to contribute to reaching our ambition and growth targets. The position will primarily support our crusher parts' business lines in the aggregates segment.
The preferred location for this permanent position is in Tampere, Finland.
What you'll do
Our team focuses on building a combined value selling and marketing approach across the entire aftermarket business, including sharing of best practices, creating a common playbook, building a joint community of people, and collaborating very closely with product lines and market areas.
We produce customer-centric sales and marketing content and materials. We create easy-to-buy-and-sell concepts and tools that help communicate what differentiates Metso and what added value we bring. You will be responsible for ensuring world-class content for presentations, proposals, calculators, website, social media, success stories, infographics, brochures, webinars, videos, reports, manuals, and other marketing and value selling tools. In addition, you will have a leading role in the development of campaigns, product launches, productization, sales concepts, and go-to-market strategies to ensure our products are taken to market in the best way possible.
You will work very closely with product lines, business area/market area marketing, Content Studio (Metso’s internal design and digital marketing group), and corporate communications teams. Being responsive and providing quick, quality support to several different stakeholders is key to success in this role.
Who you are
We are looking for a hands-on, passionate content creator with excellent English verbal and writing skills. Digital marketing skills (Marketing Cloud or similar), graphical design experience (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, website editing), Power Point, and video editing abilities are also desirable. Experience in marketing or marcomms positions, preferably in B2B environment for 5+ years would be desirable. Educational qualifications (degree/diploma) in marketing or communications is an asset as are project management and leadership skills with the ability to drive projects and work independently.
