Brand Specialist Accounts Europe (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Objective: Infuse life into our seasonal campaigns across our retail stores, ensuring that Birkenstock's brand representation and visual merchandising consistently reflect our premium brand positioning.
  • Seasonal Campaign Implementation: Execute best-in-class seasonal campaigns and storytelling initiatives year-round in our retail stores.
  • Visual Merchandising Excellence: Maintain state-of-the-art visual merchandising standards and ensure store staff is adequately trained.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve the above objectives.
  • Budget Management: Ensure budget efficiency and transparency for all related tasks.
  • DTC Coordination: Act as the primary contact for our DTC team, facilitating alignment and transparency across Brand, Online Marketing, and Membership.
    • Project Support: Assist with special membership projects and retail expansion initiatives.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Brand / Marketing and high design expertise
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly structured, organized, and empathetic
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Keynote, PPT, Excel)
  • Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
