As a Business Consultant within the Healthcare vertical, you’ll play a key role in both pre-sales and project delivery. You'll work closely with strategic clients, focusing on three core areas:

This role is particularly exciting because you will be the single CTO Business Consultant within the Healthcare vertical at Qinshift. While we have many talented professionals working in this space, this position requires someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in building something new from the ground up. You’ll have the opportunity to shape and define the role, while drawing on your experience to establish a strong presence within the vertical and the broader Business Consultancy team.
Your responsibilities will also include performing in-depth market analysis, understanding regulatory shifts, and offering strategic insights into how our clients can adapt and thrive. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions and provide high-quality advisory and training to our clients.

You will join the Business Consultancy team in our CTO organization, a global community of experts within various industry verticals. As part of the HLS vertical, your key stakeholders will be in the healthcare and life science sector, with close collaboration from cross-functional teams across Qinshift. You will report to Liselott Lading, Director of Business Consultancy.
Together, we aim to be the leading business consultancy in the tech industry, bridging the gap between business and technology to drive impactful results for our clients.
This is you

We are seeking an experienced professional with 8-10 years in healthcare, specifically in digital transformation and the patient journey. You probably have hands-on experience from roles like CIO, CTO, CDO within a care giving organization.

• You excel in translating healthcare concepts into actionable digital strategies, with proven success in business transformation.

• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization within complex healthcare ecosystems.

• You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable engaging with clients at both the strategic and operational levels.

• Public speaking, writing thought leadership pieces, and networking come naturally to you.

Required skills:

• 8-10 years of healthcare experience in Europe, with a focus on digital transformation and business development.

• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare processes, systems, and regulatory landscapes.

• Strong consulting skills with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.

• German or Swedish or Norwegian or Danish and English proficiency at C1-C2 level.

• B/B-1 level management experience.

• As a Business Consultant we expect you to have a broad network from the industry to engage and collaborate with.
