We are a dynamic, international company that places the highest value on quality – not only in our products but also in our team. As a sales administrator (m/f/d) you are the interface between sales and production and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

YOUR TASKS

Communication hub: You are the interface between sales and production and ensure that all information flows accurately and in a timely manner. Sales support: Preparing offers, order processing, after sales and customer care are part of your daily routine. Administrative tasks: You support the organisation and execution of internal processes to ensure that our customers always receive the best coffee on time. Monitoring and processing of the entire internal sales area of our worldwide B2B distribution from our head office in Berlin. Coordination, mediation and communication with the other areas of the company, in particular production, dispatch, shipping. Close coordination with the Director of Sales. Additional support for international accounts.

YOUR PROFILE

Experience in internal sales or administration – you know how important organisation and communication are. A sense of responsibility for an important interface in the company Languages: Fluent in German and English (further languages are an advantage) – our communication is international and you should be confident in both languages. Proficiency in the common Office tools & digital affinity Team player mentality: You enjoy working with different departments and are the central figure who pulls everything together. Solution-oriented thinking: You enjoy proactively tackling challenges and promoting the team's success with clever ideas. Passion for coffee is an advantage – for us, everything revolves around the highest product quality, and this is reflected in your commitment.
