We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Business Development Executive to join our team. This remote role is pivotal in expanding our client base, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth in the Germany recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a passion for achieving targets and delivering client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify and target potential clients (hospitals, elderly care settings, care homes) in need of recruitment services.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new business.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the recruitment industry.
- Analyse competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of service with clients.
- Attend virtual and industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.
- Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and ensure successful delivery of services.
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- This is a work-from-home position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to thrive in a remote setup.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to 4.863,15€ per month
