We are seeking a talented candidate for the Business Development Manager for Lab Solutions (m/f/d) position in Germany or England
Key Responsibilities and High-Impact Behaviors:
  • Strategic Analysis: Collaborate with business units to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business strategy, processes, services, and operational context.
  • Risk Management: Review business processes to identify operational, financial, and technological risks while uncovering opportunities for improved efficiency.
  • Project Leadership: Lead small to mid-sized projects and support project managers on larger, complex initiatives related to operational business functions.
  • Communication: Establish effective communication processes to keep stakeholders informed of project results, facilitating meetings and presentations.
  • Process Design: Conduct in-depth business and systems process analysis and design, focusing on quality improvement and data management.
  • Continuous Professional Development: Commit to lifelong learning by seeking opportunities for self-improvement and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Value collaboration and actively contribute to team goals, recognizing that diverse perspectives enhance problem-solving.
  • Results-Driven Performance: Maintain high performance standards, focusing on delivering results efficiently and effectively while achieving objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent work exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, For Example Power BI, Excel, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Hands-On Mentality: A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and project execution.
  • Chemical and Technical Awareness: Strong understanding of analytical chemistry, technical concepts and lab operations, with the ability to clearly communicate complex information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to Travel: Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to learn and take on new challenges, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
