Since we started our Exakt Health journey in 2021 we have come a long way to make high-quality physical therapy accessible for everyone, everywhere. Over 200,000+ users across the EU and US have already treated their running injury with Exakt Health or are actively preventing injuries with our prevention track.

At the moment most of our users are self-payers. But we’ve recently started a first cooperation with a German health insurance that covers the costs for their members. We’re looking to expand to onboard more insurances and partners to establish ourselves as #1 digital physiotherapy solution in the DACH market.

This is why we are looking for an Business Development & Operations Manager who will support us in closing new partnerships and managing all aspects around those partnerships.

Tasks

• Work closely with CEO on refining and adjusting our B2B strategy
• Identify and acquire new B2B partnerships promoting the Exakt Health App:
• Reaching out to to new potential partners incl. event networking
• Negotiate and define partner contracts
• Manage close and long-term relationships with our B2B partners
• Manage ongoing partnerships operationally incl. customer success, invoicing as well as product & partnership development
• Coordinate the conducting of clinical studies proofing the medical effectiveness of the Exakt Health App
• Support the CEO on other business functions incl. finance and regulatory

Requirements

• You speak German on native level, business proficient in English
• You’re good at networking and relationship management
• Completed degree in business administration, law or similar
• Hands-on mentality: you love to learn new things and get things done
• Ideally you have experience in the medical or insurance industry in Germany and have already a network in the space. But it’s not a hard requirement.

Benefits

• Full-time position with initial total compensation: € 40,000 - € 56,000. This includes stock options in the company. Part-time work possible
