Your Department – Sales
The Sales Department will establish new merchant verticals for Zastrpay in Germany. This role involves developing a robust sales pipeline, actively pursuing and securing new business opportunities, and bringing these deals to fruition. We seek someone with a hunter mentality combined with strong client management skills. The Lead Sales Manager will be a key player in driving Zastrpay's growth in Germany.
We are currently looking for someone to join us on our mission and help us scale up. Will you be our next Partner Manager Distribution (Germany) (m/f/x)?
Job Description
Some of the things you will be doing:
- Working together with existing partners and internal stakeholders to drive adoption and engagement and grow volume as per sales targets
- Expand the Distribution Network through Identifying, approaching, and securing new physical retail locations to join Zastrpay's distribution network in Germany
- Lead negotiations and close agreements with new distribution partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and successful onboarding.
- Playing a key role in Zastrpay's physical expansion strategy by identifying strategic locations and partners that align with the company’s growth objectives
- Monitor and Optimize Performance by tracking and analyzing the performance of distribution partners and, implementing strategies to maximize transaction volumes and network efficiency
- Work closely with sales, operations, legal, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of new partners and alignment with business goals
- Ensure all partnerships and operations within the distribution network adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies hence ensuring compliance
Qualifications
You will be a great fit if:
- University Degree. You have a Bachelor´s or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related study
- Experience. You have more than 5 years of working experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager
- Industry. Preferably you have experience in the Fin Tech or Entertainment area
- Language. Fluent English & German language is essential
- Collaboration. Strong client relationship management skills
