Working Student HR (m/f/d)


YOUR NEW PAIR OF SHOES:

• As a working student, you will support us in our day-to-day operations, in particular with the preparation of contracts, references and certificates.
• You will regularly liaise with the HR teams at the production sites on current issues.
• You will support HR projects, including gathering information and creating presentations.
• The creation of reports and the preparation of relevant HR key figures are part of your daily tasks
• Among other things, you will be responsible for administrative activities in the HCM system, including the maintenance of HR master data.
You are responsible for the language training courses organised by our partner

YOUR PATH THROUGH LIFE:

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree, e.g. in business administration, (business) psychology, law or similar fields.
• Ideally, you have some experience in HR, but this is not essential
• You are also fluent in German and English and have advanced knowledge of common MS Office programmes such as Excel, Word and Power Point
• You enjoy working in a team and are characterised by a reliable and structured way of working.
• You have a talent for organisation and bring your own initiative to our team.
