ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of its client, a well-esteemed multinational organization within the Industrial sector, is looking for a driven professional for the position of the Accounting & Finance Supervisor .

Accounting and Finance Supervisor (Ref. code: 5500/AFS/ESS/GR)

Main Responsibilities:
Manage the department and lead the team of two members.

Fulfill all accounting, tax and reporting obligations with a hands on approach.

Prepare the analytical budget and forecast according to HQ requirements.

Ensure accurate and timely monthly data and closure process in cooperation with HQ Finance Dept.

Prepare management reporting (monthly results, deviations, corrective actions to achieve predetermined goals).

Coordinate and monitor cashflow, credit control and timely payment of company liabilities.

Monitor the company's commercial, pricing and credit policy and collaborate with all company’s departments.

Monitor and comply with all obligations to public funds and agencies.

Communication with external partners (auditors, banks etc.)

Experience & Qualifications:
A' Class Signatory right.

Relevant work experience, preferably at multinational corporate environments.

BSc in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field;

MBA or a Postgraduate degree will be considered an asset.

Strong knowledge on tax booking, corporate income tax, VAT etc.

Strong knowledge of technical aspects of accounting (e.g., IAS/IFRS), controlling and financial management activities.

Strong ERP, Power BI, MS Office knowledge.

Very good written and spoken English.

Result-oriented mindset and commitment to results.

Organizational skills, adaptability, teamwork.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
