About the location:
Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.
Assistant Director of People and Culture – Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, Greece.

The Role of Assistant Director of People and Culture:
We currently have an opportunity for Assistant Director of People and Culture to join our Four Seasons Resort Mykonos opening team in Greece!

This role reports to our General Manager, with a dotted reporting line to the Regional Director of People and Culture and will be responsible for leading the People, Culture and Learning strategy and execution for the Four Seasons Resort Mykonos; providing People and Culture support with the overall goal being that the hotel is perceived as the Employer of Choice in your destination.

You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in your hotel and responsibilities will include championing top talent and actively supporting succession planning, supporting the hotel as a Business Partner, fostering relationships with others as a coach, supporting and driving Corporate People and Culture initiatives, actively supporting recruitment, selection, onboarding and development requirements, evaluating the effectiveness of People and Culture programs and initiatives and analyzing compensation and benefits trends to ensure a balance between cost and employee experience. You will also be responsible for developing the learning quality and experience on property; delivering workplace learning and development, performance improvement programs, and initiatives to best achieve long-term business success.

Our Ideal Assistant Director of People and Culture candidate will have:
Passion for people, talent management and learning, and will be a Business Partner; strategic, strong business acumen, understanding of operational needs and the ability to contribute to key strategies and operational decisions for the hotel, a catalyst for change and an employee champion.

Fluency in Greek and English is ideal for this location, along with eligibility to work in Greece.
