About the location:
Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.
Assistant Director of Rooms – Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, Greece

The Role of Assistant Director of Rooms:
We currently have an opportunity for Assistant Director of Rooms to join our Four Seasons Resort Mykonos opening team in Greece!

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operations of the Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge and Housekeeping.

Responsibilities will include ensuring that Four Seasons standards are met through team leadership, training, and development, responding to a wide variety of guest requests, and adding your personal recommendations and touches ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence, monitoring and assessing revenue opportunities for the hotel, planning, and preparing the Front Office revenue and expenses, and assuring the financial goals of the department are met.

You will have a special talent for building, leading, coaching, training, and developing a strong team; ensuring our employees feel at home and receive the highest levels of support and care along with creating a great workplace for all great people to deliver great experiences.

Our Ideal Assistant Director of Rooms candidate will have:

Experience in a diversity of operational rooms division management positions with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within Front Office focusing on service quality. You will ideally have hotel opening experience, and expertise in Opera, Hot SOS, and Birchstreet.

You will have a special talent for ensuring our guests feel at home and receive the highest levels of service excellence, be a passionate and motivated leader with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong business acumen, a passion for service and an exceptional eye for detail, and a desire to promote a continuous learning environment that creates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities.
