About the Position
Join our family at Amanzoe as an Assistant Front Office Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direction of the Front Office Manager, the incumbent will assist in the forward planning of the department which includes: Guest Relations, Activities, Reception, Telephone Services, Boutique, Transportation and Concierge operations.
You will be responsible to serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by managing the effectiveness of the day-to-day Front Office operation, maximising sales, revenue & profit growth.
You will need to be a customer driven and an extremely proactive personality, with an outgoing, charismatic and approachable character.

About the Successful Candidate
This role is based at our Amanzoe in the greater Porto Heli Area - Greece. While we are open to applications from international candidates, we ask that you already possess the right to live and work in Greece without the need for a company-supported work permit.

About the Property
Scattered with Unesco-protected ruins, the beach-fringed Peloponnese has been at the heart of Greek culture for millennia. QUALIFICATIONS
About the Successful Candidate
You will likely already possess experience of at least 6 years in Front Office in a 5* hotel and at least 2 years in a Supervisory role.
The incumbent must have solid Opera/Fidelio and MS Office knowledge and liaise with the Accounting Department for accounting and auditing related front office procedures, reports and operational issues.
You will need to have a Hospitality Degree from a certified school in Greece or abroad. Excellent written and verbal Greek and English communication skills are required. Knowledge of an additional language is vital (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish, other). Strong interpersonal abilities are essential for this role.
