About the role
There is currently a job opening “Cargo Agent” in our Cargo’s Department. As a Cargo Agent, you will implement our standard operating procedures daily, while contacting customers and third parties, handling inquires and processing reports to ensure smooth cargo operations. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task, then do not miss the opportunity to apply!

What you will do:

• Implement SMS and security measures in relation to day-to-day cargo operations within their function
• Coordinate actions performed within cargo operations and sales activities
• Liaise with the cargo agents and aircraft handling for smooth freight flows and proper interfacing
• Support activities for tracing and delivery of lost Freight
• Gather and investigate any complaints and claims made by the clients
• Monitor the implementation of safety and security procedures
• Report any irregularities discovered in cargo and mail handling

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office
• Fluency in oral and written English
• Knowledge of air cargo operations procedures and processes
• Familiarity with Cargo Spot and Amadeus Altea will be considered an asset
• Training in IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations will be considered an asset

And you have competence in:

• Communicating effectively in a structured manner
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Multitasking and time-management
• Organizational skills and proactive way of thinking
• Following company’s rules and procedures, demonstrating integrity and confidentiality
