Patrique Mercier Recruitment is delighted to offer an exciting position for a Danish Speaking Backoffice Agent for a leading Social Media Platform based in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our client's operations by managing back-office tasks related to user inquiries, account management, and content moderation. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a passion for social media. If you’re interested in working in a dynamic environment and helping users optimize their experience, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:
  • Handle back-office inquiries and tasks related to user accounts and social media content.
  • Provide support for account verification processes and assist users with issues.
  • Monitor content for compliance with community guidelines and policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve user issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
  • Assist with reporting and analysis of user feedback and platform performance.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in back-office support or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their functionalities is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM tools.
