Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch technical support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues concerning the Appstore.
- Provide clear and concise solutions, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps.
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the support database.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall customer support quality.
- Identify common customer issues and escalate them as necessary for further resolution.
- Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is essential, along with proficient English skills.
- Previous experience in technical support or a related IT role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Passion for technology and a genuine desire to help customers is a must.
