We are currently look for an enthusiastic E-commerce Assistant to join our Motodirect Division.

The position requires the candidate to:
Update and monitor product availability, inventory, and content in our e-shop
Keep up to date website information & conduct competition research
Oversee the full order process, from invoicing to bank transactions
Provide exceptional customer support through digital channels and phone
Suggest and implement improvements to the customer journey
Work with internal teams and external partners to keep the website up-to-date

Requirements

The position requires the candidate to have:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field
2+ years of experience in website maintenance; online content, product and inventory management
Good knowledge & experience with the MS Office Suite, Skroutz Markeplace & SEO. Knowledge in e-shop CMS and ERP will be considered an asset
Excellent communication skills in the Greek & English language
Passion for Motorcycles and good knowledge of riders’ gear product categories will be considered an asset
Copywriting, analytical & editing skills
