Your Role
The Ecommerce & Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving both the online and offline presence of the brand. This leader is tasked with ensuring a cohesive and engaging digital experience, overseeing the overall look, functionality, and performance of the company’s website, while spearheading initiatives that generate sales through innovative online tools and strategies.
Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams of digital marketers, web developers, and designers to enhance website traffic, user experience, and site architecture. The role also entails building and strengthening brand awareness through the development and execution of compelling marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
A successful Ecommerce & Marketing Manager excels in both day-to-day marketing operations and long-term strategic planning. Adaptable and results-driven, they thrive in fast-paced environments, leveraging their expertise to meet the evolving demands of the company and drive sustained growth. This position involves an annual contract.
Professional Qualifications & Skills:

• Digital marketing expertise: Proficiency in key areas like social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC, with a strong focus on using digital analytics tools for data-driven strategies
• Analytical mindset: Skilled in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance using data tools to drive actionable insights and optimize results
• Project management proficiency: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing project management tools to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery
• Mar Tech savviness: Expertise in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other Mar Tech solutions to streamline campaign execution and enhance performance tracking
