We are seeking for a dynamic, self-motivated and communicative, Executive Assistant to the General Manager to join our team in Piraeus office .

Responsibilities & Duties:
Managing GM’s information flow in a timely, efficient and accurate manner

Keeping updated and well-organized GM’s calendar & agenda

Arrangement of the business travel bookings

Preparation of reports & presentations

Screening /handling telephone calls/emails and distribute correspondence

Representing GM when required and conducting all respective communication

Serving GM’s ad-hoc requests & tasks based on the daily business operations

Requirements & Skills:
University Degree in Maritime Studies/Business Administration or relevant Degree

Relevant professional experience up to 5 years

Excellent Command of Greek & English Language

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Time management & organization

Flexibility & positive mindset
