We are seeking a highly competent Foreman to oversee electromechanical works at a major construction project. You will be instrumental in supervising daily operations, coordinating work crews, and ensuring quality standards while maintaining excellent site safety standards.
This fast-paced environment demands a hands-on leader with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent team management skills.
Requires:
· Graduate of Technical School, Technical Institute or Engineering Schools
· Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
· Proven experience in electromechanical works of building projects
· Basic knowledge of English language
· Valid driving license and own vehicle
· Willingness to work on projects throughout Greece
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervising daily construction operations and ensuring work proceeds according to schedule
· Organising and coordinating various work teams and subcontractors
· Controlling quality of work and materials used
· Addressing and resolving site-related problems
· Maintaining continuous communication with project staff and stakeholders
· Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and specifications
· Managing site supplies and equipment
· Providing training and guidance to workers
Experience in M&E projects and fire protection system installations in building projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can take complete ownership and foster strong collaboration with all site teams. We are seeking an individual who brings proactive thinking and can maintain composure under pressure.
