We are seeking a highly competent Cost Controller to join a major construction project. You will be instrumental in monitoring project budgets, analysing costs, and managing deliverable documentation while working closely with project management teams.
This fast-paced environment demands a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Requires:
· University or Technical Institute degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field with construction sector experience
· Minimum 5 years in the Technical sector with at least 2 years in a similar cost control position
· Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
· Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera P6
· Strong experience in budget monitoring and cost analysis
· Expertise in procurement processes and comparative analysis
· Excellence in report development and stakeholder communication
· Valid driving license and own vehicle
· Willingness to work on projects throughout Greece & abroad
Key Responsibilities:
· Leading project planning and schedule management using MS Project/Primavera P6
· Monitoring and analysing actual costs against budgets
· Preparing procurement requests and comparative procurement tables
· Developing cost estimates for variation orders
· Creating and submitting progress reports to Project Management
· Coordinating with various departments including procurement, finance & accounting
· Analysing and reporting on budget and schedule risks
· Managing deliverable documentation and turnover processes
Experience in M&E projects and fire protection system installations in building projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can take complete ownership and foster strong collaboration with all project stakeholders. We are seeking an individual who brings proactive thinking and personal commitment to achieving project objectives.
