- Positive mindset and resilience, able to balance multiple priorities against deadlines
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree in HR, Business Finance or related discipline
- Relative post graduate degree or an MBA will be highly appreciated
- 1-3 years of previous experience in similar roles or in Reporting Analyst roles
- Excellent use of MS office (MS Excel, Word, Power Point) and experience in SAP
- Understanding of financial planning and variance analysis, along with payroll related topics
- Excellent use of the English language (both oral & written)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborates with People Cost Planning Lead and Rewards Executive to develop and manage the annual People & Culture budget and headcount
- Leverages the accounting background to analyze financial data, identifying trends, and areas of opportunities/ efficiencies
- Collaborates with various business areas to gather budgeting inputs
- Monitors workforce analytics and People & Culture KBIs and deliver reports and other resourceful insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in ad hoc financial analysis, special projects and strategic initiatives as required
- Closely monitors and identifies variances between actuals and budgeted results, contributing to month –end & year-end P&L processes
