We are seeking to recruit a People Cost Planner; As a People Cost Planner, you will provide essential insights by designing, developing, and generating regular and ad-hoc reports on Head Count and People Cost. You will be widely exposed to various internal & external stakeholders, providing insights as regards People & Culture KPIs, Headcount & People Cost to support planning and strategic decision making.

ABOUT YOU IN THIS ROLE

Strong communication & interpersonal skills and ability to partner effectively with key stakeholders of various hierarchical levels while demonstrating customer centric behavior
Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into value adding business insights
Very good planning & organizing skills and a strong drive for results
Positive mindset and resilience, able to balance multiple priorities against deadlines

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

University Degree in HR, Business Finance or related discipline
Relative post graduate degree or an MBA will be highly appreciated
1-3 years of previous experience in similar roles or in Reporting Analyst roles
Excellent use of MS office (MS Excel, Word, Power Point) and experience in SAP
Understanding of financial planning and variance analysis, along with payroll related topics
Excellent use of the English language (both oral & written)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborates with People Cost Planning Lead and Rewards Executive to develop and manage the annual People & Culture budget and headcount
Leverages the accounting background to analyze financial data, identifying trends, and areas of opportunities/ efficiencies
Collaborates with various business areas to gather budgeting inputs
Monitors workforce analytics and People & Culture KBIs and deliver reports and other resourceful insights to internal and external stakeholders
Assist in ad hoc financial analysis, special projects and strategic initiatives as required
Closely monitors and identifies variances between actuals and budgeted results, contributing to month –end & year-end P&L processes
