We are seeking a meticulous Quality Manager to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards through systematic monitoring and evaluation of work procedures at a major construction project. You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of quality control while working collaboratively with consultants and project teams.
This role demands an individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to implement and maintain robust quality management systems.
Requires:
· University or Technical Institute degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field with construction sector experience
· Minimum 5 years in the Technical sector with at least 2 years in similar quality management positions
· Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
· Strong understanding of international and local quality standards
· Valid driving license and own vehicle
· Willingness to work on projects throughout Greece & abroad
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensuring compliance with international and local quality standards
· Developing and implementing internal quality procedures and policies
· Conducting regular site inspections and quality audits
· Managing and documenting quality incidents
· Preparing detailed reports and improvement recommendations
· Maintaining quality management documentation and systems
· Participating in project meetings and presenting quality findings
· Collaborating with external quality consultants and internal teams
· Monitoring and evaluating supplier and subcontractor quality performance
Technical Skills & Attributes:

Experience in M&E projects and fire protection system installations in building projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
