ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of its client, a leader in the Facility Management Services industry, is seeking to hire an experienced Civil Engineer or Architect Construction Manager in the Small-Scale Construction Projects Department.

Civil Engineer or Architect Construction Manager (5723/CM/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities

Review of study measurements, cost estimation, and preparation of project budgets.

Receive and evaluate supplier and subcontractor offers / prepare comparison tables, and draft contracts.

Prepare and submit technical and financial proposals.

Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, engineers, and designers.

Organization, remote management, and monitoring of small-scale project execution.

Collection of deliverable documents, certifications, and closing of small-scale projects.

Qualifications

Graduate of a University or Technical Institution in Civil or Architectural Engineering or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in cost estimation for construction projects.

Experience in managing and organizing construction projects.

Excellent knowledge of English.

Excellent knowledge and use of computers (MS Office, Auto CAD).
