We are seeking an experienced M&E Site Engineer to oversee construction supervision, quality control, and time management at a major project site. You will be instrumental in ensuring technical excellence while maintaining project schedules and quality standards.
This dynamic role requires an individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities and drive technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Requires:
· Mechanical Engineering degree from University or Technical Institute with Additional Studies
· 2-3 years experience in similar position
· Proven experience in M&E Building Projects
· Very good knowledge of English
· Proficiency in MS Office and Auto CAD
· Valid driving license and own vehicle
· Willingness to work on projects throughout Greece & abroad
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitoring and supervising project work progress
· Managing site supplies and materials
· Ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards
· Maintaining project schedules and timeframes
· Monitoring health and safety compliance
· Providing regular progress reports to Project Manager
· Coordinating with architects, engineers, and technical consultants
· Conducting quantity surveys and measurements
· Managing ERP system updates for purchase orders and certifications
Technical Skills & Attributes:
· Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems
· Excellence in quality control and inspection
· Proven problem-solving capabilities
· Strong planning and organisational skills
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
· Experience with construction procedures and methods

Experience in M&E projects and fire protection system installations in building projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
This is a hands-on technical role requiring someone who can take ownership of site operations while maintaining strong collaboration with project teams. We are seeking an individual who brings diligence, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving the highest quality standards.
