ROLE FUNCTIONS
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Design and develop seasonal menus that highlight local ingredients and innovative culinary techniques.
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering an environment of teamwork and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Control food costs and manage inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with management to develop special events and promotions that drive engagement and profitability.
- Monitor food quality and consistency, addressing any issues promptly to maintain high standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Culinary Arts
- Previous relevant experience in luxury hospitality
- Knowledge of the English language
