We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced a Mid-Senior Project Manager (contract-based role) to join our team.

Mid-Senior IT Project Manager – Ref. 5728/SPM/ESS/GR

The Role:
As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of IT projects, ensuring their successful delivery within scope, budget, and time constraints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and Senior Management to ensure that the project goals are achieved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Project Owner and Senior Management to define project scope, goals, and key metrics for post-completion evaluation.

Develop detailed project plans that outline prioritized actions, timelines, and resources, adjusting as necessary to ensure smooth progress.

Monitor and control the project budget, making necessary adjustments to ensure cost-effective and timely project completion.

Lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure adherence to organizational policies and practices.

Identify risks and issues, propose mitigation actions, and ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders.

Prepare and present regular status reports to Senior Management and business units, ensuring transparency on project progress.

Implement Scrum and Agile methodologies to optimize project execution and delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience, particularly within the banking or financial services sectors.

Proven experience leading large-scale IT projects from initiation to delivery.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of managing and motivating cross-functional teams.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.

Experience in risk management, budgeting, and timely project delivery.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP certification will be highly regarded.
