What You Will Work On
- Leading efforts to expand the customer base, increase sales, and drive traffic through CRM, Loyalty, and Credit programs.
- Assisting the Casino CRM Manager in overseeing provider performance and addressing key operational tasks.
- Managing the creation and execution of annual and seasonal plans to align with business goals.
- Developing customer contact strategies to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Leading player base segmentation initiatives based on casino activity to optimize retention strategies.
- Establishing best practices for database marketing processes, including measurement, data capture, list selection, and program evaluation.
- Enhancing customer experiences by designing and implementing customer journeys using the Optimove tool, executing campaigns, and analyzing results.
- Reviewing and approving all communications targeting casino players.
- Conducting competitor analysis to inform strategies that maximize player engagement and revenue.
- Taking full ownership of end-to-end campaign management, including ideation, resource allocation, analysis, reporting, and optimization, while ensuring adherence to budget and deadlines.
- Continuously evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns to drive improvements in ROI and operational efficiency.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university.
- 3+ years of experience in a CRM role within the online gaming industry, with a proven track record of success in driving results.
- Strong understanding of online gaming products and industry trends.
- Results-driven self-starter with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer journey mapping and a passion for improving user experiences.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong background in reporting and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
