What You Will Work On

• Leading efforts to expand the customer base, increase sales, and drive traffic through CRM, Loyalty, and Credit programs.
• Assisting the Casino CRM Manager in overseeing provider performance and addressing key operational tasks.
• Managing the creation and execution of annual and seasonal plans to align with business goals.
• Developing customer contact strategies to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of marketing campaigns.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Leading player base segmentation initiatives based on casino activity to optimize retention strategies.
• Establishing best practices for database marketing processes, including measurement, data capture, list selection, and program evaluation.
• Enhancing customer experiences by designing and implementing customer journeys using the Optimove tool, executing campaigns, and analyzing results.
• Reviewing and approving all communications targeting casino players.
• Conducting competitor analysis to inform strategies that maximize player engagement and revenue.
• Taking full ownership of end-to-end campaign management, including ideation, resource allocation, analysis, reporting, and optimization, while ensuring adherence to budget and deadlines.
• Continuously evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns to drive improvements in ROI and operational efficiency.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university.
• 3+ years of experience in a CRM role within the online gaming industry, with a proven track record of success in driving results.
• Strong understanding of online gaming products and industry trends.
• Results-driven self-starter with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer journey mapping and a passion for improving user experiences.
• Data-driven mindset with a strong background in reporting and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
