Speaking fluently Greek and English, a good level in French would be a plus.

Job description
To support our growing activity in Greece we are looking for a Purchasing Assistant. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager Europe, your main responsibilities will be:- Prepare Purchase Orders and Subcontracting Contracts, and monitor the validation process until signatures are obtained
- Update and verify information in the management tool (purchase order amounts, invoices, etc.)
- Check invoices against purchase orders and contracts.
- Ensure proper organization and archiving of supplier and project management documentation
- Support the Purchasing Team in managing supplier relationships (Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), distribution of consultation files, information requests, etc.)
- Interface with project teams to provide support and ensure compliance with Purchasing procedures
Profile
You have a proven experience on a similar role, ideally in the construction sector.If you are a highly organized individual with strong numerical skills and the ability to support our purchasing activities effectively, you will grow successfully within our company.
Speaking fluently Greek and English, a good level in French would be a plus.
