Purchasing & Logistics Specialist

Job Description:
Monitor and execute all activities related to procurement of the materials that are necessary to cover current and future needs

Daily analyze stock levels and issue purchase orders to suppliers

Track orders to ensure timely delivery

Follow up with suppliers regarding availability, backorders and/or pricing issues

Update system database with new codes and prices

Liaise with logistics company to ensure products arrive in perfect condition

Monitor short self-life stock

Handle product returns to suppliers

Provide purchase & sales reports

Candidate Profile:
3-5 years of relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Logistics, or relevant field

Fluency in English (written and oral)

Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)

ERP Soft1 knowledge will be considered an asset

Excellent communication skills

Ability to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines
