Sales - Network Development Expert (Hiring)

Job purpose:
As a Sales – Network Development Expert, you will be working with the Sales team in our Head Offices to contribute to the development of our sales network to grow. There is an on-going need for our sales offices to develop their teams and we actively seek out qualified candidates through networking systems, social media, events etc. We also support our managers to upgrade their skills and select the ideal candidates for their team.
Job description:
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting new agents for our sales offices.
- Cooperating with the sales offices – managers to define their ideal candidates, training the managers on how to develop their teams.
- Researching updated sourcing techniques and tools to find qualified candidates.
- Searching resume databases and portfolio sites.
- Sending job offers to potential candidates.
- Cooperating with Sales team and marketing for posting advertisements on job sites and on social media.
- Attending job fairs to source new candidates and to network.
- Contacting industry professionals to ask for referrals.
- Maintaining candidate databases.
- Preparing and presenting reports for managerial staff.
- Conducting exit interviews.
Desired Skills/Experience:
You need to have:
- Bachelor or Master degree in HR / Business Administration or similar field
- Optional experience as a Headhunter, preferably in the insurance market
- Experience with social media and online advertising
- Fluent in English and Greek (both written and oral)
- Experience with report writing and data analytics

- Advanced interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Charismatic and professional demeanor

- Ability to make quick decisions
