Spanish Speaking Video Streaming Support - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding video streaming services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video playback, account access, and device compatibility.
- Guide customers through installation processes and offer insights on service features.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues resolved.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collect and document customer feedback to contribute to the enhancement of services.
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Experience in customer support or a related role, preferably in the tech or streaming industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and provide practical solutions.
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and technologies is a plus.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks in a remote working environment.
