Spanish Speaking Video Streaming Support with full relocation - Athens, Greece

Responsibilities:
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries regarding video streaming services through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video playback, account access, and device compatibility.
- Guide customers through setup processes and explain service features clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to continually improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collect and report customer feedback to drive service improvements.
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Experience in customer support or a similar role within the tech or streaming industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions.
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and related technologies is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with full relocation assistance provided.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks in a remote working environment.
