Technical Support Representative (w/ Relocation support)

What you'll do:
The Technical Support specialists are responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers through product features, and ensuring seamless integration of client’s services. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Team members collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring clients can maximize the benefits of client’s offerings.

- Prior experience in technical support.
- Fluency in any of these languages: German, French or English
- Authorization to work in Greece, we don't provide work permit sponsorship.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 1,100.00€ - 1,200.00€ per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Thessaloniki, Κεντρική Μακεδονία: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Are you authorized to work in Greece?
- Technical support: 1 year (Required)
