Accountant (Property Development) (Ref: 240001DK)

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of accounting and financial supports to property development business in Hong Kong
• Review joint venture reports and manage stakeholder accounts of property development projects in accordance with development agreements and Pre-sale Consent Scheme
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing process, annual budgeting, as well as fund control and expenditure monitoring
• Support financial assessment and related analysis for property development tenders
• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders and provide ad-hoc financial support to management

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy and preferably be a finalist of HKICPA, ACCA or other recognised professional institution
• A minimum of 3 years’ accounting / auditing experience, preferably with exposure to property development business
• Knowledge of Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance is an advantage
• Good analytical and supervisory skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Oracle Financial System and Microsoft Excel
