Exciting Opportunity in Hong Kong SAR! We are hiring for a full-time on-site Pre-Sales Solution Consultant role focused on FTNS & ICT Solutions. Join us and be at the forefront of IT project solutions, engaging in presales activities and delivering innovative solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Drive solution design discussions as the primary customer contact during the sales cycle.
- Lead presales activities, from solution design to technical proposal preparation and tender management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Contribute to RFP responses and maintain high-quality design standards for timely solution delivery.
- Embrace a dynamic work environment, balancing presales, technical support, and service fulfillment tasks.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Bring 2-3 years of experience in Networking/ICT solutions to the table.
- Knowledge of various Telecom products such as MPLS, IEPL, Metro Net, and Internet is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ICT products like Cisco, Avaya, Ali Cloud, AWS Cloud, and others is a plus.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exhibit a customer-centric, cooperative, and proactive work approach.
