Key Responsibilities

Follow the procurement procedure and monitor the inventory system in the Pathology;

Assist the Senior Medical Technologist in preparing the documents for laboratory;

Upload the send-out reports to LIS for the technologists;

Assist the Senior Medical Technologist in checking the monthly statements and invoices of the send out tests;

Handle invoices from the external suppliers to the Finance Department; and

Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor(s).

Job Requirements

Completion of Secondary Education

Experience in hospital/clinical laboratory is preferred

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Proficient in MS Office applications (including Word and Excel)

Compensation and Employment Terms

Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
