Advancement and Alumni Affairs Office - Part-time Officer

The University now invites application for the following position:
(Ref: PTO (AAAO) 2024-10-10)
- support alumni engagement events and activities, such as talks, workshops and outings;
- support the management and operation of various communication channels;
- assist in the production of souvenirs and promotional materials;
- liaise with various internal offices and units;
- assist in maintaining the day-to-day operation of alumni services; and
- provide general administrative and operational support.
Applicants Should
- possess a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of working experience, preferably in the higher education sector;
- possess good communication, interpersonal, organisation and problem-solving skills;
- have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment; and
- be a good team player and have the ability to work independently.
