Assistant Centre Manager, Support Service Centre for Minority Owners

The Support Service Centre for Minority Owners under Compulsory Sale (“SMOCS”), a subsidiary of the URA, is to be set up to provide support services to minority owners (“Minority Owners”) who may be affected by the compulsory sale order under the Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance (Cap.545). The company will operate as an independent entity outside the operation of the Authority. The operation of this company will be conducted under the directions of the Development Bureau through its dedicated office (“Dedicated Office”) from time to time as the agent of the Dedicated Office to fulfill the policy directives in providing support services to Minority Owners.
Responsibilities:
To monitor and maintain the daily operation of the service in SMOCS
To assist in handling public enquiries, requests, complaints, and cases in a timely and professional manner
To collect and compile all related statistics and documents for preparing relevant reports
To update information in relation to the services provided and prepare related publications, promotional materials
To execute the related events and activities for all the concerned parties
Requirements:
Degree holder in social work, business/ public administration, communications, general practice surveying, law or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in community engagement/ liaison, promotion, social support service and/ or administration of service/ programmes for groups
Experience in government or public organisations would be an advantage
