The Urban Renewal Authority (“URA”) is tasked to undertake, encourage, promote and facilitate urban renewal of Hong Kong in accordance with the provisions of the Urban Renewal Authority Ordinance and the Urban Renewal Strategy published by the Government. The URA adopts a comprehensive and holistic approach by ways of its two core businesses i.e. redevelopment and rehabilitation, as well as preservation, revitalisation and retrofitting, for creating a sustainable and quality living environment for the people of Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

To provide general administrative and logistic support in relation to secretariat services, corporate activity support, activities for Board members and inter-departmental matters
To assist in record keeping and coordination work relating to the investigation, enquiries or requests for assistance from regulatory bodies
To support research on latest corporate governance practices, such as the potential changes of corporate services through technological advancement
To assist in collecting, analysing, organising and presenting data/information required for compilation of corporate reports and presentation materials
To assist in ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time to meet the needs of the URA

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in governance, corporate services, or company secretarial roles
Knowledge of sustainability reporting or data governance will be advantageous
Strong proficiency in written business English and Chinese correspondence
Proficient in PC applications, including Chinese word processing, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
