Assistant Commercial Manager (Ref:240001BJ)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the media agencies meet the performance targets outlined in the service agreements for with sales agencies by daily management in areas including but not limited to sales performance, operational performance, business planning, budgeting and audits
• Lead and manage advertising assets, including routine and ad-hoc maintenance, incident resolution, revamp projects, inventory tracking, disposal, and filler arrangement etc.
• Monitor and manage operational duties and safety performance of agencies, including trackside booking and safety audits, etc.
• Oversee and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure timely approvals in relation to the media business, ensuring alignment and efficient implementation
• Facilitate and drive agencies to launch new advertising package, formats and campaigns to further boost up the advertising sales performance and uplift the brand of MTR Advertising
• Provide support to management on media business and operational business related activities

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Media and Communications or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in advertising / media, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level
• Detail-minded, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and ability to build strong relationships
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
