Key Responsibilities

Responsible for full spectrum of HR services in the areas of recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll calculation, performance management, on/off boarding arrangement, etc.

Provide secretarial support for committees

Required to perform data collection and report compilation

Update and maintain the human resources data base and personnel records

Any other tasks as assigned by superiors

Skills and Qualifications

Degree holder in Human Resources or equivalent

1-3 years' or more relevant working experience in HR field

Conversant of the HK Employment Ordinance

Strong sense of responsibility and urgency, customer oriented, detail-minded, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills

Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese / Mandarin
