Group Risk Management Department is responsible for providing support in the development & implementation of risk management framework and management of diverse multinational and local insurance programmes for the Group companies.

Responsibilities:
Support the selection, procurement, program administration, and coverage review for all classes of general insurance
Collaborate with insurance intermediaries and other service partners to ensure elicit superior service standards
Manage &/or advise on large/complex claims/incidents and maintain the claims database
Assist in contract reviews of insurance requirements, indemnification, liability limitation provisions, and other related aspects
Coordinate with insurance intermediaries and risk consultants for surveys, workshops, and incident investigations
Partake in ad hoc risk &/or insurance related projects

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Risk Management or related discipline
Holder of professional insurance qualifications such as ACII or ANZIIF is preferable
A minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in general insurance
Experience in underwriting &/or claims at reputable insurance companies or broking firms is beneficial
Mature, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
Excellent command of written & spoken English and proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
