We are now looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager - Reservation (Data Distribution) to join our Global Headquarters under Operational Performance division in developing and implementing corporate data distribution strategy and initiatives for our hotel properties across all relevant channels.

As our Assistant Manager / Manager, Reservation (Data Distribution), we will rely on you to:

Provide daily support to the hotels as the point of contact for any inquiries, issues and escalations.
Manage and maintain data distribution partnerships with global partners, online travel agents or partners (OTAs / OTPs) to monitor performance and compliance, ensure accurate and up-to-date availability, rates, and inventory.
Oversee the implementation, transition, and testing of new connections, ensuring seamless integration and data synchronisation.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Revenue Management and Sales to optimise distribution strategies and drive revenue growth.
Monitor and analyse reservation data, performance metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies.
Collaborate with our Technology Development Centre to develop and implement system enhancement related to data distribution and reservation systems.

We are looking for someone who has/is:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in reservation management with travel industry, hotel operations or online platforms.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational, analytical and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
Knowledge of data distribution processes, channel management, and online platform connectivity has an advantage.
