Situated in Sai Sha, the forthcoming outdoor multi-sports facility will be the largest privately owned outdoor sports centre in Hong Kong upon completion. The state-of-the-art sports venue will offer a wide range of outdoor sports amenities and training facilities. The Centre aims to become a hub for sports in Hong Kong and the wider Greater Bay Area. We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team and help us realize this vision.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities through prospecting and networking to enhance sales in events, advertising, and catering to achieve the company's goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored solutions to foster long-term partnerships
Prepare and present proposals, quotes and contracts to potential clients
Negotiate terms and pricing to secure event bookings and maximize revenue
Collaborate with the operation team to ensure seamless execution of sold events
Track sales performance, analyze data, and report key metrics to management
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into service offerings
Collaborate with the marketing team to attract and retain clients through targeted promotions and the creation of customized experiences
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences and sales leads
Handle the ad hoc tasks assigned by the management
Be a sports ambassador of GO PARK Sports

Job Requirements:
Degree / Diploma holder in Business, Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in event sales and relationship management, preferably in private clubs or hospitality industries
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Passionate and knowledgeable about a wide variety of sports
Energetic, outgoing and proactive
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Excellent time management skills and ability to hande multiple tasks
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills

Required to work shifts, including holidays
