Situated in Sai Sha, the forthcoming outdoor multi-sports facility will be the largest privately owned outdoor sports centre in Hong Kong upon completion. The state-of-the-art sports venue will offer a wide range of outdoor sports amenities and training facilities. The Centre aims to become a hub for sports in Hong Kong and the wider Greater Bay Area. We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team and help us realize this vision.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and resource management
Provide on-site support during events to guarantee smooth execution and address any issues promptly
Coordinate closely with internal teams to understand client needs and ensure that event deliverables align with client expectations
Execute event setup, coordination, and breakdown to maintain high standards of quality throughout the event
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure a clear understanding and alignment on event details
Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback, assess success, and identify areas for improvement
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored solutions to foster long-term partnerships
Track sales performance, analyse data, and report key metrics to management
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into service offerings
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and sales leads
Handle the ad hoc tasks assigned by the management
Be a sports ambassador for GO PARK Sports

Job Requirements:
Degree / Diploma holder in Event Management, Hospitality, or relevant discipline
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in event management, demonstrating strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Ability to work under pressure, problem-solve efficiently, and adapt to changing event dynamics.
Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Passionate and knowledgeable about a wide variety of sports
Energetic, outgoing, and proactive
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Required to work shifts, including holidays
