Assistant Manager, Project Coordination
CONTRACT

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the progress and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any contractual, administrative, financial, design and construction issues relevant to all the government entrusted works;
- Coordinate with relevant parties for progress reporting and site inspections in accordance with the Entrustment Agreements regularly;
- Manage early access and handover of the government entrusted works in accordance with the Entrustment Agreements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline;
- Member of any engineering equivalent professional bodies is an advantage;
- At least 6 years' relevant experience, of which minimum of 3 years should be construction related;
- Knowledge of construction management and reporting of construction works is preferred;
- Proficient in MS Office applications and strong presentation skills;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage;
- Self-motivated, proactive, hard-working, good liaison/communication skills and result-oriented
