Campus Development and Management Office - Technician

The University now invites application for the following position:
(Ref: T (TC) (CDMO) 2024-09-06)
- ensure all building services and IT/AV systems in the premise in a good working condition;
- handle, assist and supervise venue setup work as well as contractor’s maintenance work within the premise;
- provide on-site IT/AV support for teaching activities and events;
- order repair materials and maintain inventory movement records; and
- act as an emergency team member in the event of unexpected situations such as extreme weather.
Applicants Should
- possess a higher diploma or above qualification in related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant working experience;
- hold a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) and registered as a Grade A Electrical Worker;
- have basic knowledge of computer software and networking;
- possess good communication, problem-solving skills; and
- have good command of written and spoken Chinese, English is an advantage.
