Corporate Development Manager

- Lead the delivery of a large-scale programs by demonstrating effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Contribute the development and implementation of strategic plans, monitor performance, and assist in issue resolution, and the mitigation of risks including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, benefit tracking and risk management
- Maintain and execute proper project governance and provide regular reports to various review parties to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Chair and facilitate project status meetings for reporting and escalation and support all change management processes.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years solid experience in project management of large-scale insurance projects
- Outstanding communication skills in verbal and written with proven experiences in delivering communications at multiple levels form working to C-levels
- Must be fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- Strong project planning, risk management and problem-solving skills
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently
