Corporate Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of a large-scale programs by demonstrating effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
Contribute the development and implementation of strategic plans, monitor performance, and assist in issue resolution, and the mitigation of risks including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, benefit tracking and risk management
Maintain and execute proper project governance and provide regular reports to various review parties to ensure transparency and accountability.
Chair and facilitate project status meetings for reporting and escalation and support all change management processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
6+ years solid experience in project management of large-scale insurance projects
Outstanding communication skills in verbal and written with proven experiences in delivering communications at multiple levels form working to C-levels
Must be fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
Strong project planning, risk management and problem-solving skills
Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently
