Assistant Manager, Business Operations

Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Operations team to maintain the daily operation activities in good productivities with high quality
- Ensure the guidelines and operation manual are reviewed and updated timely
- Conduct thorough analysis of the processes, identifying areas for improvement for continuous service improvements and efficiency gains
- Evaluate audit findings and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions
- Collaborating with the team member to establish controls and mitigation strategies
- Perform risk assessment and evaluation the risk that could affect the operation in order to minimize their future risk
- Monitoring vendor performance and conducting vendor evaluations
- Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors
- Support incident activities, including incident identification, tracking, escalation, and resolution
- Perform other related duties and ad hoc tasks to support the operation of the department
- Conduct thorough analysis of the processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in any disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably in insurance sector
- Strong negotiation, management, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and be a fast learner
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess a positive mindset
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft office applications
- Relevant working experience or knowledge would be considered an advance
- Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Business Operations Analysis
